RETIREOMICSretirement decision model

Terms of Service

Terms, stated plainly.

These terms explain what Retireomics is, what it is not, and the boundaries that apply when you use the model.

Last updated: September 2, 2026

Four things to know before you begin.

Retireomics helps you inspect a retirement scenario. It does not decide what you should do, and its output is not a promise about the future.

01

Educational model

Use the output to understand a scenario and prepare better questions.

02

Your decisions

You remain responsible for verifying information and deciding what to do.

03

Current beta

Features, calculations, and access may change while the closed beta continues.

04

Separate data flows

Model inputs, feedback, analytics, and future paid access are handled through different paths.

01The model

What Retireomics provides when you enter information and review a scenario.

Use Retireomics as a discussion aid.

By accessing or using Retireomics, including its website and model, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, do not use Retireomics. These terms are between you and Digital Web Team, LLC, operating Retireomics.

The model produces an estimate from the information you enter and the assumptions, rules, and methods described on the Methodology page. It can help you see how a change in timing, spending, income, or withdrawals affects a modeled scenario.

What the model does not do

Retireomics does not tell you whether to retire, when to claim Social Security, how to invest, whether to make a Roth conversion, how to withdraw money, what tax position to take, or which insurance or Medicare choice to make. It does not create a client, advisory, fiduciary, financial-planning, tax, legal, insurance, Medicare, or Social Security relationship.

02Boundaries

How to read the model's results and the sources behind them.

A modeled result is not a forecast or guarantee.

01

Based on your inputs

The output depends on the information you provide. Review your entries carefully, and do not assume an estimate is complete, current, or suitable for your circumstances.

02

Built from assumptions

Tax rules, Social Security rules, Medicare costs, returns, inflation, and personal circumstances can change. The model may simplify or lag those changes.

03

Verify before acting

Check current rules with the relevant government agency and discuss material decisions with a qualified professional before acting.

04

No government affiliation

Retireomics uses selected public IRS, SSA, CMS, and Medicare source material. It is a private tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by any government agency.

03Access and changes

What applies while the current closed beta continues and the product develops.

The current closed beta is free, and it is still changing.

01

Closed beta

Retireomics is currently in closed beta and is available to beta participants at no cost. You may encounter bugs, incomplete features, or calculation errors. Please report problems through the Contact page.

02

Paid access is not live

Paid access is not currently available for purchase. Any future price, renewal, refund, cancellation, or account terms will be shown before payment is taken.

03

Features may change

We may change, pause, or discontinue features, calculations, or access. The Terms of Service and the “Last updated” date will change when these terms are revised.

04

Privacy has its own page

The Privacy Policy explains current model-input processing, browser storage, analytics, feedback, and future data flows.

04Your use

The conduct and contact boundaries that apply when you use Retireomics.

Use the model honestly and within its limits.

  • Do not use Retireomics to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the service.
  • Do not reverse-engineer or attempt to extract Retireomics' source code, non-public implementation, or protected materials. Do not use automated access or non-public service information to copy or substantially replicate the model or service, except where applicable law permits otherwise.
  • Do not present a Retireomics output as a certified financial plan, professional advice, or a guarantee.
  • Do not use an output as the sole basis for a decision with material financial, tax, legal, insurance, Medicare, or Social Security consequences.
