Model inputs

Privacy Policy
The Retireomics model processes the information you enter in your browser. Other parts of the site - including analytics, feedback, and future paid access - have different data flows. This page separates them.

The important distinction is how information moves through the site. What you enter into the Retireomics model follows one path. What you send through a form, or what the site measures about a visit, follows another.
Processed in the browser as part of the current model flow.
The wizard uses your browser’s local storage to remember your work.
Google Analytics measures visits, pages, devices, and referrers.
Feedback and beta responses leave the browser when you submit them.
What happens to the details you enter into the model.
The Retireomics model processes the household, timing, Social Security, savings, spending, state, and coverage details you enter in your browser. No application-level request sends those model values to us as part of the calculation.
The wizard can save your entries in your browser’s local storage so a refresh or a break does not lose your work. That storage is on your device and can be removed with the model’s clear-saved-entries control or your browser’s site-data settings.
It covers the current model input and calculation flow. It does not describe every request a browser may make, information you choose to send through feedback, analytics about a site visit, or future account and billing features.
The separate services and messages that have their own data flows.
Google Analytics 4 runs on the site. It can receive page views, how a visitor arrived, browser and device type, and an approximate location derived from IP address. It does not receive the figures you type into the model.
Google’s opt-out add-on is available for supported browsers.
If you email us or submit the Contact form, your message and email address are handled by Web3Forms and the email systems involved so we can respond and improve Retireomics. Do not include information you are not comfortable sending through those systems.
If you are participating in the closed beta, use the Contact form to share your experience or report a problem. It is submitted to Web3Forms and delivered to the Digital Web Team, LLC inbox. Submit only what you choose to share; model inputs are not required.
Paid access is not currently available for purchase. Any future Stripe billing, email sign-in, or saved-plan feature will have its own collection details and will be described before it launches.
What the site uses to remember a visit or keep your model work available.
Google Analytics uses first-party cookies, including _ga and related cookies, to distinguish visits and recognise a returning browser. They are used for analytics, not advertising or retargeting.
The model uses your browser’s local storage for saved entries and the step you reached. It is not a cookie and is not sent as part of the calculation. Clearing the saved entries or your browser’s site data removes it.
No account or email address is required to use the current free model. Future account or sign-in behavior will be disclosed before it is introduced.
How to clear local entries, limit analytics, and ask a privacy question.
Governing entity: Digital Web Team, LLC, operating Retireomics.
Governing law: California.
Retireomics model inputs are processed locally in the current model flow. Feedback, email, analytics, billing, accounts, saved plans, hosting logs, backups, and future services have separate data questions and are not covered by that narrow statement.
This policy describes the current site and known application flows. We will update it when a material data flow changes. See the Terms of Service for the broader conditions that apply when you use Retireomics.
